1.How to Use Hapto Class App?

After you Login, you need to onboard your gym Clients on to the App. Once your Clients are onboard and start using Hapto Class App, you can start giving out workout plans.

2.How to onboard Your Clients ?

If your using the mobile application- Tap + button to onboard a new user. You will see the add user screen where you can enter details of user such as name, contact, email, gender, fitness level, subscription. Once these details are filled click on ADD USER button to finish onboarding.

If you are using website- Tap ADD user button in the top right of the screen. You will see the add user option in the header menu, where you can enter details of user such as name, contact, email, gender, fitness level, subscription. Once these details are filled click on ADD USER button to finish onboarding.

3.How to Assess Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced tags and how that would be useful?

In order to plan workouts to your clients in a best and personalized way you need to assess your client’s individual fitness levels. Based on your client’s wellness goal (weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain and fitness) and health conditions we encourage you to take a fitness test for your client at the time of onboarding.

4.How to Use Community Activity to motivate your Clients ?

The community feature is exclusively between you and your clients where you can send positive thoughts, motivate and increase interaction with your clients. There are many creative ways to motivate your clients using this feature. Tap Community button on your home screen, press the + button to create a post and click Post to submit.

Note: You need to select an Event/General post (keep correct names once designs are final) tag before posting. If it’s an event you’re posting about then select event button and click post. If it’s a general post select general button and click post. You can find your posts in your community screen.

5.How to Use Community to promote your Gym ?

Using the community feature you can stay ahead of competition by promoting your gym in numerous ways with your clients. You can send updates about an upcoming event, host fitness challenges, create motivational drives, send promotion messages about an upcoming sale/discounts etc.

6.How to Use Community during Covid-19 Scenario?

We have a livestreaming feature in the app where you can stream workout sessions for your clients wherever they are. Before the live stream your can post an update in the events and your clients will be notified about the upcoming live stream. Make the best use of it to keep your clients motivated and fit.

7.How to use live stream?

You can stream live videos in the community screen. You’ll need a mobile phone and the app needs access your camera and microphone. Tap LIVE button on the community screen to start your live stream.

For webapp: You’ll need access to a web camera and microphone. Tap LIVE button on the community screen to start your live stream.

8.How to give out Workout Plan to your Clients?

Tap Planner -> Select Activity level (Beginner or intermediate or advanced) -> Select gender Male or Female -> Select workout type (cardio, strength, home workout). Cardio activity screen: Select date, Select Cardio activity -> Tap Strength Training -> Select the Activity type you wish to give workouts for 1 week (eg: abs, chest, biceps, calves, full body etc.) Select each date. The activity types with activity names are visible. You can select each one using the check box for each dayHome workout: Select date, tap check box to select home workouts. Click tick button to send the workouts.

Note: Workout plan must be planned for 1 week only.

9.How to use calendar feature in planner?

Cardio activity: Tap Each date and -> choose cardio activity names using the check box. You will able to give workout for one week.

Strength training: Here by default the current week is enabled. You need to choose the activity types you wish to give for the present week (eg: abs, chest, biceps,calves,full body etc). Tap right arrow button to give workout for individual dates: The weekly activities are shown here with their activity names. Tap on each date to assign workouts.

Home workout: Select date, tap each home workout you wish to give for each day.

10.How to give Home Workout plan?

Go to planner -> Select Activity level(beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) -> Select Gender -> Select workout type. Here you’ll find Home workout button -> Tap home workout. -> Select date, select home workouts for each date -> Tap tick button to finish.

11.How to give personal workout plan?

Go to -> Home -> Tap Personal Planner button -> Select one/multiple users and -> click Continue button -> Choose workoutype (cardio/strength/homeworkouts)after selecting the activities under each workout type -> tap tick button in home workout screen to finish personal workout plan.

Go to Home -> Tap Feedback -> Select single/multiple users in the check box -> Give rating -> and press Tick button.
